Return Eligibility

You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be:

  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Check your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care & beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original purchase and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank.
